Common questions.
Do you take a cut of payments my clients send me?
No. QuoteForges runs on Stripe Connect and routes every transaction directly to your Stripe account. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees on cards (~2.9% + 30¢) and ACH (~0.8% capped at $5). We charge zero platform fee.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No migration; your data stays put.
What happens at the end of my trial?
If you don't pick a plan, your account becomes read-only — no quotes can be sent, but nothing is deleted. You can resume anytime by adding payment.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. Month-to-month, cancel from your settings page in two clicks.
